Chin Lift

Sit or stand with a straight back. Tilt your head back until you are looking at the ceiling. Pucker your lips as if you are trying to kiss it. Hold this position for a few seconds and then relax. Repeat this exercise 10-15 times.


Jaw Release

Close your mouth and relax your jaw. Slowly open your mouth as wide as you can, and then gently lower your bottom jaw. Hold this position for a few seconds and then close your mouth slowly. Repeat this exercise 10-15 times.


Neck Stretch

Sit or stand with a straight back. Drop your head forward and slowly roll it to the right, bringing your right ear close to your right shoulder. Hold this position for a few seconds and then return to the center. Repeat on the left side. Perform this stretch 5-10 times on each side.
